Conscious Connected Breathwork & Sound Healing Circle

It’s time to dive deeper into the ocean of our emotions and connect with the desires/emotions that lay beneath the surface.

I invite you to breathe consciously to unwind the tensions held in the body and the nervous system. Let us catalyze an expanded state of consciousness and set intentions.

We will use the opportune time of the new moon to tap into our intuitive senses and unearth buried desires or develop new ones entirely with our Breath as the tool.

What to expect in the Circle?
We’ll start with introductions and intention setting and then get into:
– Movement
– Conscious Connected Breathwork
– Sound Healing
– Expressive Art Therapy
– Sharing Circle
